Vènis is a tribute to the mercantile soul of Venice. The sumptuous Venetian banquets of the eighteenth century were influenced by the exotic taste of spices and delicacies imported from the most fascinating places, which were masterfully paired with Sauvignon Blanc.

Organoleptic characteristics: decidedly aromatic scent with exotic notes of citrus and elderberry, full flavour and good minerality.

Food Pairing: ideal with spaghetti with clams, grilled sea bass, fried calamari and wild salmon. Fantastic with all asparagus-based preparations.
