Ernest Hemingway, seriously wounded in the First World War, received his first medical treatment at the current headquarters of the DE STEFANI winery in Fossalta di Piave in July 1918.

The HemingWine tour includes:
- Guided tour of the vineyard of the "Le Ronche" estate
- Guided tour of the winemaking cellars with in-depth analysis of production techniques
- Guided tour of the wine aging cellar in barrels and barriques
- Guided tasting of a selection of 5 wines
- Viewing of the commemorative plaque of Ernest Hemingway's story in Fossalta di Piave
