Refosco REDENTOREhas hints of blackberry, licorice, melted dark chocolate and sandalwood. It is dry, full-bodied, with soft tannins and leaves a long taste after tasting. Ideal with hearty meat dishes, stews and grilled vegetables, especially with mushrooms. It is recommended to serve at 16-18°C.
