Pinot Nero REDENTOREhas notes of raspberry and rose petals, with a pleasant hint of black tea. It has an elegant acidity and finely defined tannins, which accompany a long finish. It is ideal with porcini mushroom risotto, tagliatelle with game ragù, duck, chicken, salmon, and sweet, creamy cheeses. We suggest to serve at 16-18°C.
