For over 50 years our Pinot Grigio has grown on well-exposed and ventilated clay soils, close to the sea and the mountains. This white wine is striking for the intensity of its aromas, ranging from exotic fruit to spices, revealing breadth and remarkable persistence on the palate.

Organoleptic characteristics: straw yellow colour with copper reflections, fine and fruity aroma, very delicate, good body, with hints of walnut and toasted almond.

Food pairing: it pairs excellently with refined appetizers, fish menus and eggs.
