In the local dialect the term "Olmèra" indicates the forest of elm trees that was present where the vineyard is now. These elms have left particular elements in the soil that give great structure and personality to this wine.
Organoleptic characteristics: straw yellow colour with golden reflections; rich nose, with intense hints of ripe fruit; full, harmonious, velvety flavour, very persistent, with hints of exotic fruit.
Food pairing: ideal with risottos, shellfish and seafood.
